CTMP is a contemporary collectible design auction organized by Mr. Lawrence and Cambi Auction House in Milan, Italy. The auction features 160 pieces from 100 designers in 24 different countries.
Bower's one-of-a-kind Mellow Mirrors expand on the theme of perception vs reality. The forms of the glass mirrors and the way they interact with their wooden counterparts makes them look soft; lazily sagging and drooping around rigid objects and each other. -
The Future Perfect
Passagewaves are a series of large scale sculptures made from mirror polished stainless steel designed for The Future Perfect's digital exhibition, Unrealized Dreams, surrounding the idea of impossibility.
Watch the video.
The waves are a physical representation of invisible forces that exist around us, within us, and connect us to one another; sound waves, light waves, and global pandemics to name a few. A wave is a disturbance that extends from one place to another through space, but can only exist in fields possessing a force that tends to restore the field to equilibrium. Passagewaves is an expression of the ups and downs that give us a new perspective of our surroundings and ourselves as they distort through peaks and valleys, eventually finding a sense of balance. -

Sight Unseen
Bower Studios and Seth Rogen put their heads together to design the Atlas Mirror for Sight Unseen's exhibition Field Studies. The colorful gradations of the globe-like mirror were inspired by a few of Rogen's favorite things; bold, vibrant colors found in street art, and the airbrushed hyper-colors found in 80's pop culture.
The Atlas Mirror's proceeds go toward Seth Rogen and Lauren Miller Rogen's organization Hilarity for Charity, which brings support and awareness to those affected by Alzheimer's. We tried to bring a little lightness and color to folks feeling the weight of the world on their shoulders. -
